Welcome to Bharmour Homestay. By accessing and using our website and booking our accommodation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking and Availability
All room bookings are subject to availability. Guests can inquire or request bookings through WhatsApp, phone, or other contact options provided on the website. A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from Bharmour Homestay.

Room Sharing Policy

Rooms at Bharmour Homestay are offered on a twin or double sharing basis. In case an additional guest wishes to stay in the same room, an extra bed can be arranged on request, subject to availability. An additional 25% charge of the room tariff will be applicable for each extra person, which includes the arrangement of an extra bed. Guests are kindly requested to inform us in advance if an extra bed is required.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 12:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on room availability.

Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to maintain the property with care and respect local rules and culture. Any damage to property caused during the stay may be chargeable.

Identification Requirement
All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in as per local regulations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date, guests may be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.

If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of check-in, the advance payment may not be refundable.

In case of no-show (guest does not arrive without cancellation), the booking amount may be retained.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
